Marquee Dental Partners is seeking a Business Assistant I to independently run the front office under the guidance of the Operations Leader. You will focus on making patients a priority and obtaining financial commitment to start treatment, ensuring a smooth patient flow from arrival to checkout.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of business / office experience.

Responsibilities

• Front desk duties: scheduling, answering phones, checking in/out patients, running reports, filing insurance claims, and patient service.
• Work with insurance companies to maximize patient benefits and ensure proper payment for services.
• Protect Patient Health Information (PHI); follow HIPAA and OSHA safety procedures.
• Provide outstanding patient service and resolve patient concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with Operations Leader, doctors, and staff to ensure an extraordinary patient experience.
• Complete continuing education as required for self and staff.
