Crunch Fitness - Blaine and Maple Grove is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver an exceptional member experience through smooth front desk operations and support for related departments.

You will manage the front desk, uphold company policies, and demonstrate strong customer service, leadership, and organizational skills to ensure the Crunch Brand integrity and high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate working knowledge of club SOPs and policies.
• Communicate and implement policies to employees.
• Recruit and hire high-caliber staff.
• Promote a professional, welcoming member experience at the front desk.
• Lead front desk operations, servicing members efficiently.
• Interpret and enforce club policies to members and staff.
• Resolve member complaints promptly and tactfully.
• Assist in staffing, training, and performance management.
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security standards.
• Support sales activities to generate membership growth.
• Train staff on club-level sales activities and promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, facilities, and equipment.
• Achieve revenue goals through team leadership.
• Maintain a positive, cooperative work environment.
