Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Blaine and Maple Grove is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to greet members, process check-ins, schedule services, and promote membership sales at our Minnesota clubs.

You will work with a team to maintain a welcoming atmosphere, handle phones professionally, and support daily operations including events and club communications. Experience in customer service is preferred; fluent English is required; flexible weekday availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong reading and writing skills.
• Availability for morning and midday weekday shifts.
• Proficient reading and writing abilities.
• Basic computer skills required for club software and member records.
• Strong customer service skills essential for member interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly demeanor.
• Assist in membership sales and retail product promotion.
• Check in members and guests following company procedures.
• Answer phones professionally and relay messages.
• Communicate upcoming events to members and guests.
• Maintain a welcoming club atmosphere and assist with member requests.
