Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and ensure a warm, professional welcome to guests.
• Review daily shift notes, checklists, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain tidy, organized lobby and concierge area across shifts.
• Collaborate with Area Director on coverage and scheduling needs.
• Communicate uniform and equipment needs to management.
• Report equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Assist in staff training and development to improve guest experience.
• Provide ideas to improve property operations and guest satisfaction.
