Pho Prime, LLC in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Front Desk Lead to supervise concierge operations, ensure a warm welcome, and maintain a tidy front desk across shifts. You will communicate with the Area Director, review daily notes, cover extra shifts when needed, manage uniform needs, report equipment issues, and contribute ideas to improve the property.

Qualifications

• Front Desk Lead with hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of local happenings, events, and offerings.
• Maintain open communication with the Area Director to stay up to date on operations and high-level matters.
• Ensure the concierge desk is always tidy and clean.
• Review daily shift notes, shift checklists, overnight reports, package audits, and any other implemented procedures.
• Ensure each client and guest receives a Warm Welcome and Fond Farewell across all shifts, and that service is professional and friendly.
• Assist the Area Director with scheduled callouts and cover extra shifts if needed.
• Communicate all uniform needs with the Area Director.
• Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or needs to the Area Director and/or Property Manager.
• Support the Area Director in effectively training staff.
• Actively contribute suggestions for enhancing the property.
