Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Front Desk Team Leader to drive collaboration among front desk staff and gain exposure to staffing, scheduling, and expense management. You will balance daily paperwork, assist in monitoring performance, and stand in to complete front desk tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of related experience with a passion for customer service and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related front desk experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Our fast-paced environment requires that you communicate clearly and demonstrate a high level of professionalism
• Providing training and guidance for front desk staff on hotel standard operating procedures and departmental standards.
• Stepping in to complete daily hotel front desk tasks.
• Assisting Guest Services Manager with monitoring performance and attendance.
• Balancing daily paperwork: Cash drawer, deposits, reconciling credit cards and submitting batches.
