Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the MOD during your shift and make on-shift decisions.
• Support guest services leaders and hotel team.
• Maintain a positive, engaging environment for colleagues.
• Lead across day, night, holiday and weekend shifts.
• Deliver exceptional personalized service to guests.
• Know the nearby neighborhood and city well.
• Think quickly, use good judgment, and solve problems.
