Pho Prime, LLC is hiring a Front Desk Lead in the United States. The role focuses on welcoming guests, coordinating operations, and supporting the Area Director with scheduling and training.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience in hospitality.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Strong communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of local happenings, events, and offerings.
• Maintain open communication with the Area Director on operations.
• Ensure concierge desk is tidy and clean.
• Review daily shift notes, shift checklists, overnight reports, package audits, and procedures.
• Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell across all shifts with professional, friendly service.
• Assist the Area Director with scheduled callouts; may cover extra shifts if needed.
• Communicate uniform needs with the Area Director.
• Promptly report equipment malfunctions or needs to Area Director/Property Manager.
• Support Area Director in staff training.
• Actively contribute ideas to enhance the property.
