You will supervise staff, hire and train, maintain desk operations, handle resident inquiries, coordinate events, and ensure a welcoming, professional front desk. Must work afternoons and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to greet visitors and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring a team that will follow the company's mission and brand standards.
• Supervise staff, coordinate team meetings/trainings, and manage staff schedules to ensure desk coverage.
• Create operating systems and checklists to ensure a well-maintained, clean facility.
• Be the primary point of contact for facility maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
• Conduct daily facility inspections and promptly communicate operational malfunctions.
• Promptly answer, record, and complete all resident requests and coordinate reservations.
• Facilitate contractor check-ins/check-outs and cultivate relationships with vendors.
• Stay abreast of industry standards, technology, and trends.
• Follows all HR and Risk Management Company Policies.
• Covers shifts to ensure proper staffing and payroll budget compliance.
