Job summary

Legacy Hospitality Services LLC in Washington state seeks a Front Desk Lead to provide hands-on operational support between the Front Desk team and management. You will cover scheduled Front Desk and mid shifts, assist with guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest requests, and uphold service standards throughout the property.

The role requires leadership by example, guiding Front Desk Agents and coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and the GM.

Qualifications

• Front Desk Lead with hands-on supervisory duties
• Supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and guest service focus required

Responsibilities

• Work scheduled Front Desk and mid shifts
• Assist with busy periods, including check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and guest requests
• Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance for guest issues
• Serve as a resource for policies, discounts, and guest situations
• Audit reservations for errors and missing information
• Monitor balances and assist with payments, deposits, and folios
