Responsibilities

• Communicate with team, property management, and residents/guests to ensure smooth operations.
• Receive and sign for deliveries, ensuring timely delivery to residents.
• Coordinate contractor arrivals and visits from realtors or potential buyers/renters.
• Remind residents of rules and regulations set by management.
• Follow access procedures for residents, guests, and vendors.
• Respond promptly to resident requests, calls, and questions.
• Maintain a neat appearance in supplied uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with residents and guests.
