Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members, property management, and residents/guests to ensure smooth operations.
• Receive and sign for deliveries following property-specific systems to ensure timely delivery to residents.
• Coordinate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as realtor/homebuyer/renter visits.
• Remind residents and guests of rules and regulations established by property management.
• Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access.
• Respond promptly to resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
• Maintain a sharp appearance in the supplied uniform.
• Enjoy interacting with residents.
