Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott - Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for a full-time role. You’ll lead front desk operations, coach teammates, and ensure guests receive outstanding service while upholding Marriott standards.

The schedule rotates: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, with mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays on a rotating basis. A minimum of one year front desk experience is required, and Power of M familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of hotel front desk experience or comparable hospitality experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coach associates and support staff development.
• Ability to manage daily operations and resolve guest concerns.
• Commitment to maintaining Marriott brand standards.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
