Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Desk Agents during daily operations.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments, and guest requests.
• Address and resolve guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Train, coach, and support Front Desk team members.
• Review daily arrivals, departures, VIPs, groups, and special requests.
• Communicate effectively with all departments and management.
• Maintain accurate records and follow hotel cash-handling procedures.
• Ensure hotel and Marriott brand standards are consistently followed.
• Assist with maintaining an organized, welcoming Front Desk area.
• Help monitor daily operations and address issues as they arise.
• Assist with coverage and operational needs when necessary.
• Support other departments and hotel operations when needed.
