Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist with check-ins/check-outs.
• Answer phones and assist with reservations.
• Provide information about local attractions throughout Flagstaff and Northern Arizona.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Process payments accurately and promote hotel amenities and services.
