North Central Group, which manages the Tru/ Home2 Suites by Hilton Flagstaff, invites you to join as Hotel Front Desk Supervisor. Lead daily front desk operations, support team members, and ensure guests have a smooth, memorable stay.

This role requires at least six months front desk experience and one year supervisory experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Six or more months of front desk experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk operations.
• Support team members and ensure smooth, memorable guest stays.
• Recruitment, orientation, training, and scheduling of new staff.
• Review and approve city ledger, direct billing, and end-of-month reports.
• Perform duties of a Guest Service Representative when needed.
