Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide warm guest service, manage check-ins/outs, and upsell hotel services. You will interact with guests, process payments, and maintain accurate records while upholding brand standards.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This position is based on-site with flexible scheduling and uniform provisions.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Some college preferred.
• Six months related experience in hotels or customer service training.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome and assist with requests.
• Process registrations, input data, and manage guest accounts at checkout.
• Employ selling techniques to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain brand standards and security procedures for guest and hotel assets.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are available by check-in time.
