Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, VA is seeking a Front Desk Manager to ensure outstanding guest service and efficient front desk operations. You will lead and train staff, manage scheduling and costs, and drive revenue and guest satisfaction through service initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in guest service within hospitality, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years prior guest service experience required, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills needed.
• Attention to detail, customer focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities
