• Must be detail oriented and able to communicate well with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Guest Service: ensure guest satisfaction and respond to needs, train staff, and develop service programs to increase guest satisfaction.
• Financial Results and Cost Control: manage expenses, labor, and purchasing to meet budget and maximize profitability.
• People Management and Training: evaluate staff, provide feedback, hire, coach, and train department team members; maintain training records.
• Self/Workload Management: attend meetings, lead front desk initiatives, manage multiple priorities with organization and planning.
• Safety/Risk Management: conduct routine inspections and maintain a safe work environment per policies and regulations.
