Limelight Ketchum is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, smooth check-in/check-out, and efficient team performance under the Front Office Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• 3 years of front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations for seamless guest experience
• Train and mentor front desk staff to service standards
• Assist with check-in, check-out, and reservations
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
• Balance daily transactions and manage billing issues
• Prepare shift reports and communicate to management
• Maintain a welcoming lobby atmosphere
• Support emergency procedures and guest safety
