Job summary

Deer Valley Resort in Park City, UT is seeking a Grand Lodge Guest Services Supervisor to support the front desk operations year-round. The role requires coordinating check-ins/outs, handling guest requests, and assisting with staffing, training, and scheduling under the front office manager.

You will balance daily lift ticket and cash transactions, resolve guest issues with urgency and empathy, and collaborate with bellstaff, concierge, and housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience on

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a front desk agent or in a supervisory role.
• Staff leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and settle balances upon departure.
• Give guests directions, information, and instructions.
• Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, childcare, and activities.
• Balance and close out lift ticket sales at end of day.
• Assist with staff training and scheduling.
