Job summary

StepStone Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to greet guests warmly, manage front desk operations, and support guest satisfaction.

You will lead a team during evening and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, ensuring smooth facility operations and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include payment handling, guest assistance, and interdepartmental coordination to maximize occupancy and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service mindset with guest-first approach.
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
• Familiarity with basic front desk accounting and checkout procedures.
• Wamiliarity with hotel operations and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assign rooms based on needs.
• Coordinate issue resolution with housekeeping and service staff.
• Process payments via credit/debit cards, cash or other methods.
• Balance cash drawer and generate receipts and reports.
• Ensure all services are properly charged to the final bill.
• Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments.
