Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Associate at Aloft South Bend in South Bend, IN to support the Front Desk Manager and uphold hotel standards for guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Prior Front Desk experience required.
• One to three years experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Knowledgeable of loyalty programs, brand standards and hospitality industry systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient guest registration, check out and telephone service.
• Observe front desk agents and ensure procedures follow policy and are properly executed.
• Maximize hotel revenues through up-sell programs and occupancy strategies.
• Address guest complaints and requests courteously and promptly.
• Monitor Guest Satisfaction Surveys and relay feedback to improve service.
• Direct and train Front Office staff and assist in hiring and staff performance processes.

Education
