Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Sales & Marketing with administrative support.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Maintain a filing system for department records.
• Arrange appointments and meetings for sales managers.
• Prepare meeting packets and Sales & Marketing materials.
• Generate reports and compile statistics as requested.
• Process client leads and follow up on hotel/client inquiries.
