Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Round Rock, Texas is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver attentive, courteous service from check-in to checkout while helping maximize occupancy. You will greet guests, handle requests, and support operations with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Eligible full-time associates receive comprehensive benefits and an hourly pay rate of $14/hour. Prior hospitality experience and computer skills are valued as part of delivering a seamless guest experience across

Qualifications

• College courses in hotel/motel management are helpful.
• Previous hospitality or related experience helpful.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Ensure that all guests are checked in/out in a friendly, efficient, courteous and confidential manner based on resort standards.
• Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with Kalahari Resort standards.
• Perform and complete all tasks and duties on the shift checklist in a timely and efficient manner.
• Fully comprehend and operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system, copiers, fax machines and other office equipment.
