Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or spa customer service is preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and have strong listening and communication skills.
• Team player who can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at spa reception and answer phones.
• Book, modify, and cancel spa appointments accurately.
• Explain spa services and products and assist with inquiries.
• Check guests in on the computer system and process payments.
