Floyd's 99 Barbershop – Highlands Ranch Town Center, CO is seeking a full-time Front Desk Host to be the friendly first point of contact. You will answer calls, book appointments, and assist customers with pricing while helping keep the shop running smoothly.

We require 2+ years in customer service, the ability to work weekends and evenings, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset to maintain a clean, welcoming retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and strong phone/in-person communication.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Commitment to teamwork and helping others.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and take messages for staff.
• Provide pricing information and upsell services or products when possible.
