Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Tustin, CA is hiring a full-time Front Desk Host to manage calls, schedule appointments, and greet guests. You will contribute to smooth retail operations by delivering friendly, efficient service and handling pricing information.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of customer service experience in retail/hospitality, can work evenings/weekends, communicates well over the phone and in person, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Fantastic collaboration skills with an ability to communicate over the phone and in person

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, answer questions, and take messages for staff.
• Discuss services with customers and provide pricing information, upsell beauty treatments when possible.
• Generate quotes, determine wait times, and assist with general cleaning duties.
• Maintain a positive, seamless retail environment.
