The ideal candidate has 2+ years of customer service experience, works well in a team, communicates clearly, and can work weekends and evenings.

• 2+ years of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or beauty.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, both phone and in person.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and take messages for staff.
