Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate SPOK Console to route calls per established protocol.
• Manage paging and public address system for hospital operations.
• Announce emergency codes and monitor alarm panels for timely response.
• Greet patients and visitors, providing directions and information to promote a positive image.
