Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hospitality-related experience.
• Ability to greet guests, handle reservations, and process payments accurately.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Register guests into the computer, verify reservation and payment details.
• Accept payment for guests’ accounts and balance cash drawer daily.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, local attractions, and services.
• Assist concierge with mail, inquiries, and guest requests.
• Handle checkout, process payments, and balance accounts.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures and company standards.
