Job summary

InTown Suites in El Paso, TX is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist guests efficiently at the front desk and support operations in the GM’s absence.

You will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, basic computer tasks, and guest inquiries with a courteous, professional attitude. This role requires flexible hours and strong customer service in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a functioning vehicle.
• Able to read and interpret a variety of reports and internal hotel information.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) for guest interaction and administrative tasks.
• Solid mathematical skills to calculate room revenue, occupancy, and balance cash.
• General computer proficiency and familiarity with front office operations.

Responsibilities

• Take reservations courteously and accurately.
• Check guests in and out professionally and efficiently.
• Manage front desk tasks when GM is absent.
• Handle guest issues with courtesy and professionalism.
• Notify GM or equivalent of safety, security, or cash concerns.
• Guide property staff as needed and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain clean and orderly desk and office areas.
