Highgate Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent at Residence Inn El Paso to provide attentive, courteous front desk service from check-in to checkout. You will help guests with information, reservations, and requests while maximizing occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel front desk or guest services preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk in line with Highgate standards.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, hours, and local attractions.
• Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain Front Desk logs, packages, and messages delivery.
• Support cash handling and stay aware of promotions.
