Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a Guest Services Representative in Austin, TX to greet guests, check in/out, and support front-office operations. You will handle reservations, assist staff, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment in a full-time role.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, strong English communication, solid computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel setting. Training and a supportive team are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in operating computer systems
• Read, understand, and interpret information from reports
• Read, write, and understand English to interact with guests and staff
• Sufficient math skills to calculate room revenue, occupancy, and cash handling
• General computer proficiency and front office operations knowledge
• Ability to perform a variety of front office positions as needed
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work long hours and manage multiple tasks under pressure

Responsibilities

• Take reservations courteously and accurately
• Check guests in and out in a timely, professional manner
• Assist guests with front desk duties when GM not present
• Maintain safety and security standards
• Assist property staff and report issues to Regional Ops Manager
• Handle cash deposits and balance a cash bank
• Ensure desk and office areas stay clean and organized
