Job summary

Residence Inn Denver Airport/Convention Center is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service at the Denver, Colorado location. The role supports arrivals through departures with a friendly, professional approach during every guest interaction.

The position requires flexibility for AM, PM, and Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays. Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills and effective communication.
• Reliable, punctual, professional and able to work independently or in a team.
• Basic computer skills required; prior hotel experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly service.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments and guest requests.
• Answer calls and provide hotel information.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Process payments and maintain guest accounts.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance and other departments.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
