Job summary

Mills Auto Group in Baxter, MN is seeking a friendly, professional front desk associate to welcome guests, answer calls, and support multiple departments with World Class Guest Service. You will be the first impression, dependable, personable, and organized.

The position requires greeting guests, routing calls, assisting in the Cashier’s Office when needed, data entry, and cross-training across posts. Starting pay is $16.00+ per hour with benefits.

• Welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate team member or department.
• Answering calls, taking messages, and transferring calls accurately.
• Demonstrating exceptional guest service consistent with company culture.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming all guests and directing them to the appropriate Team Member or department.
• Answering calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the correct Team Member.
• Emboding Exceptional Guest Service within our Culture and Core Values.
• Creating World Class Guest Experiences with each guest and customer.
• Efficiently answer the phones within two rings and direct guests appropriately.
• Work in the Cashier’s Office when required.
• Handle money and invoices safely and confidentially.
• Be cross-trained at multiple posts/desks across our businesses.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, filing, and support to other departments.
