Job summary

You will rely on strong guest service and communication skills, diagnosing issues from guest descriptions and inspections, and turning requests into actionable work orders for technicians. This is a commission-based role with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests, listen to concerns, and explain service options.
• Diagnose vehicle issues based on Guest descriptions and inspections.
• Turn Guest requests into actionable work orders for technicians.
• Provide accurate quotes/estimates for repairs.
• Coordinate with technicians to manage appointments.
• Keep Guests informed about the status of repairs and changes.
• Address and resolve Guest complaints.
• Maintain positive Guest relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Sell additional services and products when recommended.
• Maintain accurate Guest records and service history.
