Baxter Toyota of Lincoln is looking for a friendly, reliable full-time Receptionist to greet guests, manage calls, and route inquiries to the right teams. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a professional, compassionate experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Reception/administrative experience a plus.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or take a thorough message.
• Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct customers to the correct department and introduce them to the salesperson.
• Communicate with all guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
