Job summary

United Defense Tactical is seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for customers in our Atlanta area facility. You will greet guests person-to-person, on the phone, and via email, assisting with needs and directing them to appropriate departments.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the front desk.
• Answer and manage phone calls and emails professionally.
• Keep front desk organized, tidy, and stocked.
• Process inquiries, complaints, and requests and escalate as needed.
• Check-in and check-out customers and verify reservations and billing information.
• Maintain customer records and update the company database.
• Coordinate with departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
• Perform general administrative tasks (photocopying, scanning, filing).
• Adhere to policies and maintain professionalism at all times.
