United Defense Tactical is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet customers in person, on the phone, and by email. You will handle inquiries, manage the reception area, and support daily administration in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a professional demeanor. This on-site position emphasizes customer service excellence and coordinated teamwork within a firearms training facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the front desk and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
• Answer and manage phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the front desk area, including keeping it organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Process customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate department or person.
• Check-in and check-out customers, ensuring accuracy of reservations and billing information.
• Maintain customer records and update the company's database with relevant information.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
