The role involves check-in/check-out, handling inquiries, and coordinating with departments to resolve issues while maintaining accurate records and professional standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using office equipment and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers at the front desk and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
• Answer and manage phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage the front desk area, including keeping it organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Process customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and escalate issues to the appropriate department.
• Check-in and check-out customers, ensuring accuracy of reservations and billing information.
• Maintain customer records and update the company's database with relevant information.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
