Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Bloomington is seeking a Guest Service Agent to represent the hotel during the guest's stay. You will provide courteous front desk service at check-in and check-out and assist guests with requests to enhance satisfaction.

Responsibilities include answering calls, processing reservations, coordinating transportation, and collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room status accuracy. A friendly, professional demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Front desk experience or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during check-in and check-out with courtesy and efficiency.
• Answer phone calls, process reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
• Coordinate shuttle and limo service as needed.
• Transfer calls to appropriate departments and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain front desk area cleanliness and luggage storage.
• Communicate available rooms and property services to guests.
