DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Minneapolis – Park Place seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in and out, and manage registrations with attention to accuracy and efficiency.

You will greet guests, answer calls, and provide outstanding customer service while working with a computer system and handling cash and payments. The role offers a stable fulltime schedule and opportunities to grow hospitality skills in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in customer service required.
• Good computer skills
• Availability for flexible scheduling
• Ability to communicate in the English language
• Ability to communicate with guests, management, and co-workers

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and sincere manner
• Check guests in and out in a professional manner
• Complete registration process using a computer system
• Count money accurately and handle cash, cards, checks, and vouchers
• Provide concierge services
• Transmit and receive messages using a telephone
• Provide satisfactory overall customer service
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Provide or obtain accurate information
• Other duties as assigned by management
