Qualifikationen

• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and complete standard check-in procedures daily.
• Answer inquiries and accept reservations in person, by email, and by phone.
• Record financial transactions at the front desk.
• Maintain customer relations with timely and knowledgeable responses.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous demeanor at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Support department communications and front desk operations.
• Assist other associates to contribute to overall hotel performance.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and report suspicious activity.
