Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kona is hiring a Breakfast Attendant to welcome guests and ensure a pleasant breakfast experience. You will set up the breakfast bar, prepare items, stock beverages, and maintain cleanliness across the breakfast area to brand standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, following safety practices, managing inventory, and responding to guest requests while ensuring smooth daily operations during breakfast hours.

Qualifications

• Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar to brand standards.
• Follow safe food handling and service practices at all times.
• Take daily inventory of food, beverages and supplies.
• Restock items consistently during breakfast hours and for the next day.
• Move and arrange serving dishes, cups and utensils as required.
• Greet guests and respond to requests or complaints.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods such as eggs, sausage, bacon and waffle batter for breakfast.
• Stock coffee, juice and milk dispensers.
• Set up and maintain breakfast items and displaying pastries, cereals, etc.
• Clear and clean tables and breakfast area as guests depart.
• Wipe spills and keep the breakfast area and counters clean.
• Return reusable supplies to storage and keep area tidy.
