• Answer calls within three rings with a smile and direct as needed.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Support lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PPI data following procedures.
• Perform check-in/check-out with required IDs and payment methods.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
