Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency and good communication are required.
• Strong time management and guest-service instincts are essential.
• Experience at a hotel front desk is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and recognize them personally.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and room amenities.
• Answer phones promptly and assist or transfer inquiries.
• Handle cash and banking procedures according to policy.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Protect guest data and privacy at all times.
