Three to five years of management experience required.

Responsibilities

Oversee Front Office operations including guest service, registration, and room inventory.
Develop up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy and revenue.
Monitor Guest Satisfaction Surveys and third-party reviews for continuous improvement.
Recruit, interview, and train staff; cross-train across roles and equipment.
Attend operational meetings and lead daily stand-up sessions; set a professional example.
