Job summary

Embassy Suites Phoenix Downtown North is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service. You will supervise front desk agents, assist in training, handle guest concerns, and help manage scheduling and shift coverage.

You will report to the Front Office Manager and have opportunities for advancement within the hotel industry. Hotel experience is required, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays may be needed.

Qualifications

• Hotel industry experience preferred for frontline supervisory roles.
• Combination of education and experience meets the requirement.
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
• Supervise front desk agents, manage reservations, and address guest concerns.
• Report to the Front Office Manager and support training and scheduling.
• Assist in shift coverage to ensure smooth operation of the front desk.
