The position is part-time and on-site, with a focus on exceptional guest experiences. Key qualifications include at least one year in Front Desk Operations, strong communication skills, and basic computer literacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• Knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Basic computer and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival and provides personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists with welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in before arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and transfer as needed.
• Count cash, ensure proper cash handling, and report discrepancies to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Follow procedures when handling guest PII data.
• Obtain IDs and payment methods during check-in/out.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
